Terms of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between OPERIUM, publisher of the ExportCompta service, and any user subscribing to the Service.
The Service provides an automated pre-accounting solution for French freelancers using Stripe to generate monthly preparatory documents (payment journal, VAT summary, Stripe fees report).
Article 2 - Acceptance
Subscribing implies full acceptance of these Terms. The user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms before any payment.
OPERIUM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email and take effect 30 days after notification.
Article 3 - Service Description
Included features
- Secure Stripe connection (OAuth, read-only)
- Monthly pre-accounting document packs
- Exports in CSV, Excel (.xlsx) and PDF
- Pack generation history
- Automatic HT/VAT/TTC calculations (20% default)
Service Limitations
Important
ExportCompta is a pre-accounting service. Generated documents are preparatory and must be validated by an accountant before any tax or fiscal use.
Article 4 - Pricing and Payment
Price
The subscription is offered at 29 EUR/month excl. tax.
Payment methods
- Payment by card via Stripe
- Monthly auto-renewal subscription
- Automatic charge on anniversary date
- Invoice sent by email after each payment
Price changes
OPERIUM reserves the right to change prices. Changes notified 30 days before application.
Article 5 - Service Access
Access requires prior subscription payment. No free trial offered.
User must have an active Stripe account and accept OAuth connection (read-only).
OPERIUM commits to ensuring Service availability 24/7, excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure.
Article 6 - User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain login credential confidentiality
- Use the Service for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to bypass security measures
- Verify generated documents with a professional accountant
Article 7 - Termination
User termination
Users may cancel anytime from their account or via email at support@operium.store. Cancellation takes effect at end of current period. No pro-rata refund.
OPERIUM termination
OPERIUM may terminate a subscription in case of:
- Non-payment after reminder
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent use of the Service
Article 8 - Liability
Limitation of liability
OPERIUM cannot be held responsible for:
- Errors in user Stripe data
- Decisions based on generated documents
- Tax or accounting consequences from Service use
- Service interruptions due to third parties
- Indirect or immaterial damages
Preparatory documents
Documents generated are preparatory and intended to facilitate work with an accountant. They do not constitute official accounting.
Article 9 - Intellectual Property
The Service, source code, design and content are OPERIUM exclusive property, protected by intellectual property law.
Users retain ownership of documents generated from their own data.
Article 10 - Personal Data
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. Privacy Policy
Article 11 - Right of Withdrawal
Per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content contracts whose execution has begun with consumer consent.
By subscribing and accepting these Terms, the user expressly waives the right of withdrawal from first access to the Service.
Article 12 - Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, parties will seek amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
